When you fill in the quote or contact form, or email or message us, we collect the details you choose to give us — typically your name, phone number, email address, town, the type of job, any description you add, and any photosyou attach. We don't ask for any special-category or payment data through this site.

We use your information only to:

• respond to your enquiry and provide a quote;
• arrange and carry out any work you ask us to do;
• keep a record of our correspondence about the job.

We do notsell your data, use it for advertising, or send marketing you haven't asked for.

We process your enquiry on the basis of your consent (given when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to potential and existing customers. Where we go on to carry out work, we process your details to perform that contract.

We keep your information to ourselves and only use trusted providers to run the site and deliver messages:

• Resend — delivers the enquiry emails between you and us.
• Vercel — hosts the website.

These providers act as our processors and only handle your data to provide their service. We may also disclose information if required by law.

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your request and for our own records of work carried out, then delete them when they're no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Only strictly necessary technology needed to serve the pages is used.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, just get in touch.
